TPO Roofing
TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane commonly used for low-slope and flat roofs. It resists UV, heat, and fungi, stays thermally efficient, and needs little upkeep. White and tan membranes can cut cooling load and are a proven fit for retail, industrial, and office buildings.
Modified bitumen is a versatile, long-lasting, budget-friendly system of asphalt, polymer-modified rubber or plastic, and fiberglass or polyester reinforcement. SBS membranes stay flexible in cold snaps and can be installed in hot asphalt, cold adhesive, or heat-welded.
Firestone-style PVC membranes stand up to chemicals, grease, and animal fats, with heat-welded seams that form a permanent watertight bond. PVC is self-extinguishing and highly reflective — a cool-roof choice where kitchens, plants, and peak A/C loads matter.
From standing seam to corrugated panels, metal roofing is durable, low maintenance, weather and fire resistant, energy efficient, and can last up to 50 years. It is a workhorse system for warehouses, shops, and agricultural or industrial buildings across East Texas.
The smartest way to save on a roof is to know where it sits in its life cycle. Clean Cut’s Copper Club plan grades the deck A–F, then inspects, photographs, and corrects defects before a leak becomes a capital event. Same crews that install new systems; documented for ownership, insurance, and the next budget cycle.
A–F roof-life grading (repair, restore, or reroof)
On-roof diagnostic inspection of the full system
Time-stamped photo documentation, hosted for the file
Correction, debris removal, and discounted follow-up repairs
We help building owners and property managers extend roof life and cut long-term cost with a structured, proactive maintenance plan. Treat the roof like a car — know where it is in its life cycle, then give it the maintenance it needs to go the distance.
What’s the right move for your roof — repair, maintain, or replace?
